DigiCyber Scraps has some new kits being released soon.  “Teacher’s Pet” will be available in 2 parts.   These 2 pages were made using Part 1.  It has all kinds of school related items and some really great colors.

This page is for the Dancing Princess Design challenge on mymemories blog.  She’ll give away 3 great prizes just for entering using one of her kits.  This kit “Serenity Garden” was free.  You just can’t beat that!  If you’d like to give digi scrapping a whirl use the coupon code on this page for great savings!

Family Photo

This photo was taken a few years ago but I’ve always liked it. I used Moonlight and Roses by Digi Cyber Scraps. The colors and embellishments are just so beautiful!

Goin' Huntin'

This is a photo of my brother getting ready to go hunting.  I don’t know the exact time but somewhere in the early 70’s I believe.  Although my dad never took my brothers hunting, they both grew up and loved it.  The kit I used is Urban Boyz by Barbara Ryan which is available at

Summer Fun

Cousins at the beach last summer.  Cousin Travis stole the heart of little Miller.  She loves him so much!  She has been raised in water & at the beach so she has a blast every summer.  “Summer Fun” was made using a new kit Gelati Swirls by Blue Flower Art.

Photo Scavenger Hunt challenge!

This photo is for the MyMemories challenge to find “letters” in unusual items.  This was quite a challenge for me & I liked it.  I had planned to “mirror” the “D” but couldn’t.  It would have looked better but could only turn it on it’s side.

April Showers

April showers do indeed bring May flowers!  I love the spring time, when the grass is green, flowers are blooming and everything is fresh and new.  I used various elements to make this page.  The background is a paper from Raspberry Linen Delight (available soon), the “frames” are an embellishment from Spring Basket.  Both of these kits are by Digi Cyber Scraps and available (or soon will be) at  The rose pictures are various pictures that I found online & thought were beautiful.  I love flowers & beautiful, manicured lawns however, I do not have the time or green thumb it takes to achieve it. Plus I’d be scrapping in any spare time!  But I do admire other people who have the vision and passion for lovely yards.

My Brother, My Friend!

Growing up my brother was my protector and friend.  He was really big 6’3″, I think, so he intimidated all the boys!  I’m not sure if that was a good thing or not 🙂 He was 2-1/2 years older than me and we shared a lot of the same friends.  And I had crushes on some of them.  But not too many were brave enough to venture into that territory.  We didn’t always get along but one thing was sure, no one else better mistreat me or they’d have him to deal with.  He was a great big brother!  This picture was taken in ’72 I think, possibly ’73.

The kit I used is “Spring Basket” by Digi Cyber Scraps which is available at
