Working with Text in Photoshop Elements v14

If you’d like to know more about adding text and text effects you’ll want to read the new tutorial posted today.  Learn to add text for titles and for journaling.  The examples below were made using the Warp Tool.

How about applying effects?  You can use Effect on text layers the same as other layers.
