This week has been very busy.  Since we are short handed at work, I had to work in the warehouse trying to get everything ready for the truck to leave for California.  We got a huge amount of rain several days this week.  The weeds in our yard are waist high because it won’t dry up enough to mow.  Wednesday would have been Daddy’s 85th birthday.  So for a week that was otherwise very trying I chose to remember him.  He was a great father, very loving & kind with a big heart & wonderful smile.  I miss him!

We rescued Bugsy after he showed up at our back door.  He had made it past our dog than runs loose into our warehouse.  He had apparently been thrown from a passing car & had “road rash” on his head & back.  We took him to the vet & had him treated. We brought him home & he became our mini Schnauzer’s best buddy. We’ve had him for almost two years & he is loved.

I’m working on a 5″ x 5″ Photobook template project. Today would be Daddy’s 85th birthday. I love him & miss him every day.  He was a kind, gentle & loving man.

Today is Sugar’s 8th birthday, Happy Birthday Sugar! She is the best companion I could ever ask for.  She has slept with us every night since we brought her home and has never  been seperated from us both at the same time.  Since our offices are out of our home, she’s never been left for hours on end while we were at work. If we take a trip, she goes with us. She loves to travel, as long as we’re together, and we always require pet friendly hotels.  Her companionship has made life easier during the days, and weeks sometimes, when my hubby is on business trips. I hope we have many more years together.
