Another Christmas tree created in MyMemories Suite using a border shape from Albums to Remember. For this one I stacked and filled a few border shapes facing one direction then mirrored the shape, stacked and filled again. The kit I used is Christmas Memories from Touched By a Butterfly. Don’t you just love this kit? You can get it here.

Another tree made using the Christmas Tree Tutorial. I used “A Country Christmas” kit designed by Kimeric Kreations.
If you’d like to learn to make this tree here is a link to my tutorial here.
For this tree I used the “scallop rectangle” shape.
On DigiScrappingTips.com we are still having weekly challenges. This week we are creating Christmas Trees. I’ve always loved Dr Seuss so this tree is for him and “How the Grinch Stole Christmas”. It was fun to make & I thought it turned out great. I used “Frosty Time”, a kit designed by Celeste at Touched By A Butterfly. This kit is sooooo cute! Gotta have the it? You’ll find it here. And it’s on sale until December 31st!!!
I just love the challenge at digiscrappingtips.com this week. The challenge is to create a layout inspired by a song. It can be with or without a photo. For the layout on the left I used a free cluster inspired from a kit called “Feel the Music”. The freebie is no longer available but the kit can be found here. I hope you enjoy the pages. If you would like to participate in the challenges you can join our facebook group here.
Today’s challenge word is “Price” but I chose to do a layout called “Priceless”. On my 50th birthday, my hubby gave me the convertible sports car I had wanted since I was a teenager. I love my Thunderbird and appreciate his thoughtfulness. The kit I used is Summer Sunset by Kimeric Kreations. I love, love, love this kit!
Here’s a page I made using a free template as a sketch. Today’s word challenge on DigiScrappingTips.com is In My Fridge plus the weekly challenge is to make a page using MJ-AJ Designs freebie Template #75. So here’s my page….
And here is a link to MJAJ Designs page if you’d like to download and use Template #75 http://mjajdesigns.blogspot.com/2012/09/saturday-template-freebie-75.html
The challenge word for today is “Today”! Phyllis Diller passed away today so I made this page about her. She was 95. I also got a new kit this morning so I wanted to use it. Kit: A Little Junk In My Truck Designer: Fayette Designs @Pickleberry Pop
This layout is for the Daily Photo Word Challenge at DigiScrappingTips.com. I went a little overboard resulting in a new challenge, make one layout and use as many of the words for August as you can. For this layout I used 10 of the words. If you’d like to play come on over & join the group. Then make your layout and post it for everyone to see.
Here’s another layout for the same challenge mentioned previously but this time I wanted to do a vertical photo. I came up with this and like the way a different body part is in each frame.
These layouts are for this week’s challenge to use a single photo placed across multiple frames. I think these QP’s are really cute and I love the pics of my granddaughter in the swimming pool. If you like challenges you’ll love digiscrappingtips.com. We have daily & weekly challenges. Check it out.
