In addition to the new releases for October 1st, I have a challenge to share with you. I’m including the Use It All Challenge by Fayette Designs with the new releases post because the challenge mini kit is like an add on for her new kit released this week and they’re both super cute. Well, you’ll see! The credits below each layout link to the store or the challenge.
Bonus!! Everything is on sale! Happy Digital Scrapbooking Day.

The Use It All Challenge at Pickleberrypop is always fun! Just create a layout using everything in the free mini kit then post it in the gallery and on the challenge page. Paula of Palvinka Designs is hosting this month. She has provided this sweet mini called Fresh as a Daisy.
Did I mention I love daisies? Here’s my layout.

The Mystery Box Challenge at Pickleberrypop is always fun. You never know what you’re going to get but it’s always filled with a bunch of gorgeous goodies. Here is my layout for this month.
If you haven’t tried it before or just like a fun challenge click the image below and give it a go.
Do you like weaving ribbon through titles or other elements? I do. It adds dimension to the layout and is a really nice touch. This is the challenge I’ve set up for January at Pickleberrypop. I hope you’ll join me in creating a layout with an outlined title and ribbon weaved through.
Here’s the layout I created. Head on over to do the challenge here.

The Mystery Box challenge is quickly becoming one of my favorites at Pickleberrypop. You never know what will be included but it’s never disappointing. Here’s the layout I created using this month’s Mystery Box by Lara’s Digi World. Check it out here.
Today’s layout, Instinct of Love, is about the love grandparents feel for their grandchildren. Of course, I can’t speak for all grandparents but I believe the vast majority feel the way I do. Grandchildren are a gift from God. Their mere presence brings us such joy it’s palatable.
I was happy to see the word art challenge at The Digichick this month. I wanted to create a layout that demonstrates this instinctual love. I love the soft colors in this kit and the joy in the child’s face as she’s surrounded by love.

I love fonts and font challenges! Shopping for fonts is right up there with shopping for shoes or purses for me. Font challenges are great because someone else does all the work. Usually there is a list with several fonts that they think are cool. They provide the links and all I have to do is download any I want & post a layout using one or more. Easy peasy!
I made the layout below for the font challenge at The Digichick. If you aren’t participating, you should. They have great challenges every month in their forum.
The kit is Boys Will Be Boys by Kimeric Kreations. The font is H&B Sketch Demo.
